Payment is required to be made on delivery. However, if you will not be at home you may make other arrangements including to pay in advance when your clothes to be ironed are picked up. Your change will be returned with the delivery.
Wherever you are in Brisbane, you can easily book our services. Our ironing services are convenient and flexible and can be booked when required. All it requires is a call from your end, and our team will handle the rest.
Step 1: Preparation
You collect all your crumpled clothes together and place it into a bag or basket.
Step 2: Booking
To book our services, please call first or email us to arrange a convenient date or time. We provide pick up services within Sunday to Wednesday between 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
Step 3: Collection
Our friendly driver will arrive at your place at a requested time, weigh your ironing and give you a ticket detailing the cost.
Step 4: Ironing Time
Our team of professional ironers will check your ironing and make sure that the safety instructions are followed. Your ironing will be executed in a clean environment and can be folded or hung as requested.
Step 5: Quality Check
Our purpose is to deliver perfect ironing. We check all the ironing before returning to the customer just to make sure they get the satisfactory and quality services.
Step 6. Return
To Keep the ironing flat, we use protective shirt covers to pack your ironing. We will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arrange within 24 hours.
